We Honor Valid Legal Process
Published so counsel does not have to ask, and so nobody arrives expecting something we do not offer.
No fee to talk it through, and no client details needed to start. If the timing is urgent, call rather than email.
What we do
Every client and every authorized individual is identified. Every movement and access event is recorded. Valid subpoenas and court orders are honoured.
- Every client identified. There is no unnamed version of this service.
- Every access recorded and timestamped.
- Valid legal process honoured, including court direction on custody.
- Entity and trust arrangements accepted, identified as any client is.
- Confidentiality from everyone with no lawful entitlement to know.
What we do not do
No anonymous or unrecorded storage, and we would decline the request. No arrangements designed to put property beyond the reach of a court, a creditor or a spouse. And no view on who is entitled to what — that belongs to the parties and the court.
Why it is published
Because attorneys and personal representatives carry the risk of a referral. A facility whose behavior under legal process is unknown is one they cannot responsibly use, however good the vault is.
Saying it plainly is what makes the service usable by the people who need it most.
Common questions
- Do you comply with court orders?
- Yes, with valid legal process, and we publish that position.
- Can property be stored anonymously?
- No, and we would decline the request.
- Will you take a side in a dispute?
- No. We hold, document, and release on documented authority or court direction.
- Is this legal advice?
- No. Nothing on this site is legal advice. Speak to your own attorney.
Tell us what needs to move.
What, from where, and roughly when. You do not need an inventory to start the conversation, and if the job belongs with an armored carrier we will say so on the call.
